Single sign-on for caseworkers allows you to link the system with a SAML v2.0 compliant identity provider, such as Active Directory via ADFS. Claims are exchanged for user attributes during login so that we will always the most up to date contact details for a caseworker.
Single sign-on for customers allows you to utilise either a SAML v2.0 compliant identity provider or an OpenId Connect compatible identity provider. Claims are exchanged for customer attributes as well to allow seamless interaction with other elements of your self service portal.
